To the few, the followers of this blog, I’m moving to a new host.

This means that if you follow by email and you’d like to continue receiving updates, you’ll need to switch to the feed; I won’t provide email subscriptions after I move. If you already follow the main Rss or Atom feed, nothing will change.

Following feeds needs a feed reader, for which there are many options, including some email clients. To choose a reader, consider whether it synchronizes read/unread status across devices: if you use more than one device to read your followed sites, you’ll want a feed reader – or “aggregator” –– that does synchronize. Some offer feed-to-email conversion, but they look spammy to me, so be wary.

If you don’t need cross-device synchronization, you’ll have more choices, particularly of open-source feed readers, which are less prone to inject ads.

This break is the the cost of unshackling myself from WordPress. I am sorry for the disruption, but hopeful the move will encourage me to improve my stately publication pace of recent years.
